After quitting her dream job at The NFL Network, battling anxiety and depression, Olivia decided she wanted to be her own boss. Initially starting out as a baked goods company, Olivia pivoted when she realized what if cookie dough could be customizable just like ice cream is? Unbaked's growth has exploded, being featured in the NY Times, LA Weekly and more!

The Challenges

Unbaked had one straightforward mission, more sales. Our main goal was to obviously increase revenue, but we focused on 3 budget friendly initiatives that would help Olivia attain the growth she wanted all while staying within her small business budget. We focused on content creation, SEO, and backlink building (PR outreach).
