• We sign an NDA to conduct our proprietary Electriq audit across all facets of the customer experience. This means finding out who you are, the world you navigate, and how we can help.

• Within 5 days, we build out a comprehensive strategic recommendations deck full of actionable insights we can implement.

Proposal

• Based on our findings from the audit, we present 3 potential engagement plans.
• We'll provide revenue forecasting for some of our overarching lifecycle initiatives.
• We'll review these plans with your team and hone in on which one (or a modified version) works best to proceed with.

30-60-90*

• Once aligned on a plan, we’ll send over an extensive questionnaire to be reviewed on our kickoff call. This is where we’ll dive into your brand ethos, review our KPIs, and lay the foundation for a successful relationship between our teams.
  
• Within 5 days of our kickoff call, we turn around a 30 -60-90 day plan that ties all of our channel specific efforts together into a cohesive GTM plan. We create these on an ongoing basis.
